These Terms govern your use of the Quicloop platform, including the website, mobile applications, and other related services (the "Quicloop Services" or "Services"). These Services are provided by QUICLOOP.
We do not charge you to use Quicloop, unless otherwise stated. Instead, businesses, organizations, and other entities pay us to promote their products and services on the platform. By using our Services, you agree that we can show you promotional content that we believe may be relevant to you and your shopping interests. We utilize your personal data to determine which tailored promotions to display.
We do not sell your personal data to advertisers, and we do not share information that directly identifies you (such as your name, email address, or other contact information) with advertisers unless you provide specific permission. Advertisers can inform us about the type of audience they want to target, and we display their promotions to users who may be interested. We provide advertisers with reports on the performance of their promotions to help them understand user interaction with their content. Please refer to Section 2 below to learn more about personalized advertising on the Quicloop Services.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and utilize your personal data to determine the promotions you see and deliver all other services described below. You can visit the settings pages of the relevant Quicloop Service at any time to review the privacy choices available regarding how we use your data.
The following terms, in conjunction with our Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, and Terms of Service, are applicable to the users, creators, and administrators (admins) of Quicloop Groups, Pages, and Events. Please note that additional terms and policies, such as our Developer Policies, may also be applicable based on how you utilize our group shopping platform.
Quicloop Groups, Pages, and Events serve as platforms to foster communities sharing common shopping interests. Admins play a crucial role as leaders, representatives, and caretakers of these communities. We expect admins to present themselves authentically and to prioritize the safety and well-being of their respective communities.
If admins create content that violates our policies, or if group admins or moderators approve content that violates our guidelines, we may take appropriate action against the Page, Group, or Event in which the content is published.
Do not create Quicloop Groups or Events for purposes that violate our Community Standards. Ensure that the content within your Groups or Events complies with these standards. We may take action against Groups or Events created for purposes that violate our policies. Admins of Groups or Events removed for policy violations may not create new ones with the same or similar subject matter in the future.
Do not provide your Quicloop Group or Event with a name or username that contains profanity or violates our Community Standards. Do not change the name in a way that significantly alters its existing purpose. Additional restrictions on names apply.
Do not falsely represent that Quicloop has verified or authenticated your Group or Event. Do not use a verified checkmark in a misleading manner.
Do not use Quicloop Groups, Pages, or Events to promote online gambling without our prior, written permission. This prohibition extends to games where anything of monetary value is required to play, and anything of monetary value forms part of the prize. This includes activities such as betting, lotteries, raffles, casinos, fantasy sports, bingo, and poker.
Do not use Quicloop Groups, Pages, or Events to promote drug and alcohol addiction treatment centers without our prior, written permission. We require that drug and alcohol addiction treatment centers be appropriately licensed before they are eligible to be promoted on Quicloop.
Do not use Quicloop Groups, Pages, or Events to promote the sale of prescription pharmaceuticals via an online pharmacy without our prior, written permission. We require that online pharmacies be appropriately licensed before they are eligible to be promoted on Quicloop.
If you use Quicloop Groups, Pages, or Events to announce or administer a promotion (a contest, giveaway, or sweepstakes), ensure that your promotion complies with applicable legal and regulatory requirements. This includes providing entrants with a copy of the promotion's official rules, disclosing offer terms and eligibility requirements, and registering your promotion with the relevant authorities.
Participants must (a) fully release and hold Quicloop harmless from liability, and (b) acknowledge that the promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Quicloop. Your promotion must not require or incentivize participants to share, repost, tag others, or publicize the promotion in any other way. Note that Quicloop will not assist you in administering a promotion. Should you use our services to administer your promotion, you do so at your own risk.
If you wish to collect content or information from people who interact with your Quicloop Group, Page, or Event (e.g., information obtained from a call-to-action button), you must first provide them with notice. People from whom you collect content or information must explicitly consent to your use of their data. Clearly explain that you (and not Quicloop) are collecting this data.
The processing of data for Page Insights in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom may be subject to the Page Insights Controller Addendum, which is incorporated within these policies by reference.
If you have received anything of value to promote someone else's products or services within your Quicloop Group, Page, or Event, you must adhere to our Branded Content Policies. Disclose the commercial nature of your content in accordance with our guidelines.
Clearly and prominently disclose any actions or expenses required to attend or participate in an event within your Quicloop Group, Page, or Event. This includes any fees or incidental charges ancillary to the stated cost of admission. Event invitations must not be generated by automated means.
Quicloop Groups, Pages, and Events must not promote illegal activities, products, or services. You are responsible for ensuring that your Quicloop Group, Page, or Event complies with all applicable laws, statutes, and regulations. This includes those related to the promotion of age-restricted activities and substances.
You are solely responsible for including all necessary disclosures within your Quicloop Group, Page, or Event, including those required to indicate the commercial nature of content you may post.
